Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) has completed its acquisition of Talkspace, Inc. (NASDAQ: TALK), a prominent virtual behavioral health platform.
The deal, initially announced on March 9, 2026, has now cleared all regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
The integration of the two companies will commence immediately, focusing on combining their capabilities while maintaining seamless service for patients, providers, and partners.
This strategic acquisition aims to enhance access and delivery of mental healthcare services by merging UHS's extensive healthcare network with Talkspace's digital platform.
