Ryman Hospitality (RHP) to Acquire Grande Lakes Resort for $1.38 Billion

Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire the fee simple interest in Grande Lakes Orlando Resort for $1.38 billion from Trinity Investments.

The resort, located in Orlando, Florida, will continue to be operated by Marriott International under the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton brands.

The purchase price reflects a 12.5x Adjusted EBITDAre multiple based on the property's trailing-twelve-month results through June 30, 2026.

The acquisition is anticipated to enhance the company's adjusted funds from operations per diluted share by 2027.

The transaction is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2026.

BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan served as financial advisors, while Bass, Berry & Sims PLC and Greenberg Traurig, LLP provided legal counsel to Ryman Hospitality Properties.
