Proficient Auto Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAL), a prominent player in the auto transportation and logistics sector, has finalized its acquisition of Hansen & Adkins as of August 13th.
The acquisition aligns with the previously disclosed timeline and terms, marking a significant expansion for Proficient in the logistics industry.
Hansen & Adkins will continue to operate under its established name in the United States, while in Canada, it will be known as MCL McGill.
The integration process of this acquisition is projected to conclude by early 2027, solidifying Hansen & Adkins as the largest entity within Proficient's portfolio.
