Park Dental Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:PARK) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Village Family Dental DSO, a multi-specialty dental group based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The acquisition will expand Park Dental Partners' operations into a fourth state, enhancing its presence among national dental group practices.
Upon completion, Village Family Dental DSO will function as a subsidiary of Park Dental Partners, continuing to provide management and administrative support to Village Family Dental practices.
The company has not disclosed financial details, including expected revenue or Adjusted EBITDA, and will not update financial guidance until the transaction is finalized.
