Ondas Inc. (Nasdaq:ONDS), a prominent provider of autonomous systems and advanced defense technologies, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Aran Defense Ltd., a division of the Israeli engineering firm Aran Ltd. (TASE:ARAN).
The acquisition aims to bolster Ondas' manufacturing and industrial capabilities in Israel, enhancing its capacity to meet the growing demand for its autonomous defense platform solutions.
The transaction is anticipated to be finalized by the third quarter of 2026, marking a significant expansion in Ondas' engineering, integration, and production resources within the region.
