MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO) has entered into a definitive agreement with Safe Harbor for an all-cash acquisition of its outstanding shares at $53.00 per share.
The deal values MarineMax at approximately $1.5 billion, offering a 96 percent premium on its stock price.
The acquisition is anticipated to be finalized by the end of 2026, after which MarineMax will transition to a privately held company and its shares will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.
