H.B. Fuller Company, the largest pure-play adhesives company, has received approval from shareholders of Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc for its proposed acquisition of the company.
The approval was granted during specially convened meetings held on August 12, 2026, marking a significant step towards finalizing the transaction.
The acquisition, initially announced on June 25, 2026, is structured as a recommended cash deal.
H.B. Fuller anticipates completing the acquisition by the end of the calendar year.
This acquisition aligns with H.B. Fuller's strategic goals to expand its market presence in the medical adhesives sector.
The transaction is expected to enhance the company's product offerings and strengthen its position in the global market.
