Gloo (GLOO) Completes Acquisition of Midwestern Interactive

Gloo (Nasdaq: GLOO), a prominent technology platform in the faith and flourishing ecosystem, has finalized the acquisition of the remaining ownership stake in Midwestern Interactive.

This transaction elevates their relationship from a strategic investment to full operational collaboration, granting Gloo complete ownership.

Midwestern Interactive will continue to operate under its brand as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gloo Holdings, LLC, preserving its leadership and ensuring continuity for employees, clients, and partners.
