etoro Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: ETOR), a prominent trading and investing platform, has announced its agreement to acquire TradeZero, a US-focused online brokerage catering to active traders.
The deal is valued at up to $231 million, comprising cash and up to 2.5 million newly issued Class A common shares of etoro.
The acquisition is anticipated to be finalized in the first half of 2027.
Jefferies acted as the exclusive financial adviser to etoro, while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is serving as the lead deal counsel.
