Concentra (NYSE: CON), a prominent provider of occupational and workforce health services, has finalized the acquisition of four Minnesota Occupational Health (MOH) medical centers located in the Twin Cities.
This strategic move enhances the availability of specialized occupational health care for employees in Minnesota and aligns local care teams with Concentra's extensive national clinical and operational resources.
Starting August 17, these medical centers will operate under the Concentra brand, ensuring continuity of care for current patients and employer clients while incorporating the company's clinical standards, technology, and specialized expertise in occupational health.
“Employees across Minnesota deserve access to trusted occupational health care that understands their needs and provides reliable support when and where it matters,” said Mike Kosuth, executive vice president and chief operating officer, East Group, Concentra. “By welcoming experienced local teams into Concentra’s connected network, we can expand access to specialized occupational health expertise and deliver a consistent care experience for employees across the region.”
