Arena Group (AREN) Acquires InfoSentience to Boost Revenue

The Arena Group Holdings, Inc., operating as Paradium.AI (NYSE American: AREN), has acquired InfoSentience, a company specializing in automated, data-driven natural language generation.

The acquisition aims to leverage InfoSentience's expertise, particularly its deterministic, high-volume narrative engine, to enhance Paradium.AI's B2B revenue streams.

This strategic move is expected to allow Paradium.AI to scale its editorial capabilities in data-intensive sectors like global finance and professional sports.

InfoSentience will continue its operations for existing partners and seek new clients, with Wasick remaining with the combined company.

The acquisition, funded with cash on hand, is anticipated to positively impact earnings by 2026.

Livmo acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor for the transaction.

“The acquisition of InfoSentience represents a pivotal shift from traditional publishing to a robust technology infrastructure,” said Ryan Bonini, General Manager, Sports & Leisure at The Arena Group. “By integrating InfoSentience’s deterministic language generation, we believe that we are providing the scale and sophistication required for creators and brands to excel in an AI-driven landscape."
