Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) has announced the acquisition of UK Andersen, LLP, a leading tax firm in Great Britain, and SPR Consulting.
This strategic move aims to bolster Andersen's integrated professional services platform and accelerate the growth of Andersen Consulting.
The acquisitions are projected to add approximately $60 million in annualized revenue, bringing the total annualized revenue from 16 acquisitions in 2026 to about $134 million.
The acquisition of UK Andersen significantly enhances Andersen's presence in the United Kingdom, a key market for professional services and a vital part of the company's long-term growth strategy.
The transactions are anticipated to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2026.
