Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has announced its agreement to acquire COMWARE Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based provider of comprehensive technology services for mid-market companies.
The acquisition aims to bolster Accenture Edge, a business entity launched in June 2026, designed to assist mid-market companies in leveraging AI and transforming their operations.
While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the deal will integrate over 180 professionals from COMWARE into Accenture, enhancing the growth trajectory of Accenture Edge.
COMWARE Co., Ltd. will be integrated into Accenture, further expanding its capabilities in the mid-market sector.
